Job Title: Team Leader - Commercial Account Handling Location: Manchester Package: £35k - £45k package Industry: Commercial Insurance Broking Job Type: Permanent _________________________________________________________________________________ A leading Manchester insurance brokerage requires an experienced professional to lead an expanding Account Handling team from an operational and technical perspective. The Company This global insurance broking firm is established in the UK market and continues to grow in regards to both clients and staff. The business is built on what they believe to be 'old fashioned broking', delivering the right solutions for the client, based on honest advice. This role is created by ongoing expansion, further plans are in place for 2018. The Role You will lead an expanding Account Handling team with full day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of management, including staff management and development, 121's, coaching, mentoring, workload allocation and monitoring, recruitment, KPI's and SLA's. The role will see you as technical lead, acting as sign off and referral point as well as owning a book of larger/more complex accounts. Your team's role is to support the sales and account executive team on cases from a range of commercial sectors. You You will be a senior account handling professional with experience of team leadership . You will be professional and client driven, able to work with an experienced team to deliver results. You will have strong technical knowledge across all commercial insurance sectors. CII qualifications and/or other professional/ managerial qualifications would be welcome.
