Job Title: Broker Development Manager Location: Birmingham/Midlands Package: £50,000 - £70,000 benefits package Industry: Insurance Job Type: Permanent _________________________________________________________________________________ One of the UK's leading corporate insurers is seeking to recruit an established Broker Development Manager to their Birmingham office, with responsibility for growth of the regional account. The Company ·This global organisation is one of the UK's leading providers of insurance and risk management solutions, known for genuine expertise around the markets largest and more complex cases. ·The business boasts strong financial results and an expanding distribution network, with the Midlands an area of recent success. The Role ·Working at the highest level with the Midlands region's largest commercial broking houses (nationals, large independents and consolidators), your remit will be to expand market share. ·With a strong product offering and the support of one of the local market's leading underwriting function, you will develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders within your broker base to leverage profitable results. ·The role forms part of the regions management team, with responsibility for settling and implementing the development strategy. You ·You will demonstrate an impeccable track record of account growth and a strong reputation in the Midlands commercial insurance broker market. ·Naturally you will have strong sales, communication and negotiation skills - this must be backed up by strong commercial knowledge and the gravitas to interact at the highest level within the regions broker community. ·ACII qualification, or work towards is preferred but not essential.
