Overview

I have just had an amazing new role come in working for a fantastic client of mine. A great opportunity to work in a business in the centre of Manchester. Working in partnership with the group consultancy team and supporting the Business Manager, responsible for the day to day administration of a team of subject matter expert consultants. Operating within agreed authority and according to Bureau Veritas technical philosophy and strategies, taking control of all aspects of the work assigned in a professional and courteous manner. The role just come through is for 3 month role, it is covering the duties of an existing employee so they can take up some project work so is the potential for extension but we couldn’t guarantee at this stage; - The company based in Manchester City Centre. - The role is 40 hours a week Monday – Friday. 8.30 – 5pm with half hour lunch. - The hourly rate is £10/hour. - They are looking to interview possibly face to face or over the phone which they are still to confirm. - They are looking for someone like yourself who is confident, good on the phone, able to juggle multiple priorities/ manage own time & workload. Good IT/ systems experience. What will you be doing? · Be a single point of contact for ETS queries, be a front of house to field/consultant/client enquiries and log potential client leads. · The job holder will be responsible for working flexibly within the team, assisting colleagues as necessary and be responsible for the day to day clerical needs of the department, updating Engineering Specialist diaries, arranging meetings and conference calls and co-ordinating with other partners/stakeholders/clients/sub-contractors as necessary. · The incumbent will undertake the role of issuing quotes, logging POs, chasing contracts and hastening invoices and have overall responsibility of managing the B2B process to meet client fulfilment. · Record the outcomes for consultants (Lift, Crane, Machinery, Powerpress and Pressure) linked to their KPIs which supports the annual budget ;Utilisation of staff and chargeable hours, Headcount by month and Hourly rates to be achieved · Proactive approach to analysing data and putting forward recommendations for improvements. · Direct communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring activities are undertaken and support the ETS team in achieving full utilisation of all available resources. · Close customer liaison to ensure data is kept up to date within IS and ensuring that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) access is delivered to the client within agreed targets. · Managing and developing customer relationships through service excellence & project delivery.
