Overview
Twenty Financial Services are currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Administrator to join a Global Investment Bank in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join the ServiceNow Team and become a SME for the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for platform and product maintenance as well as working closely with the wider business to ensure the utilisation of ServiceNow. Responsibilities Act as a central point of contact for central ServiceNow enquiries Daily administration of the ServiceNow platform Manage service requests and incidents Identify product improvements and enhancements Maintain the end-user service portal Work closely with process owners during upgrades Gather business requirements for ServiceNow Ensure latest enhancements of the platform are utilised Skills Prior experience managing and supporting ServiceNow – platform modules, processes, customisation and deployments Service Now Admin Certification Experience within Financial Organisations Experience within process development and documentation Cobit Governance experience ITIL certified If this role sounds of interest please call Leanne on This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89630797
