Installation & Product Support Engineer Coventry (Field and office based) Innovative and forward thinking ‘IOT’ company in Coventry are growing their installation and technical support team. This new role will involve both field based live installations as well as being able to offer first class support to a growing customer base. Day to day you would be supporting on site installations of innovative IOT solutions – ideally you would have a technical software / networking installations background with experience of offering guidance and training to clients Offering product training / sharing product knowledge Basic networking experience required (TCP/IP Networking, DNS, Router Configuration – software and hardware, DHCP The company work with cutting edge software and cloud solutions to integrate with life saving IOT products.
