Overview
Futureheads are exclusively partnered with an EdTech start-up who create computers and coding kits for all ages.Their aim is to make code more accessible, reaching audiences as young as 4 and as old as 81. They are looking to scale their engineering team by bringing in a senior frontend developer. In this role you will be helping to build out greenfield product initiatives, as well as work on new iterations of their existing applications.They are looking for a solid engineer who enjoys working with VanillaJS and web components, as well as being a creative thinker with a keen imagination to bring ideas to life. The product team champion and implement software development best practices to ensure their code is high quality, well-tested, scalable and secure. To be considered for this role you should have the following: Strong experience with HTML and CSS Expert using VanillaJS and experience with React Ideally some experience with animation tools such as Pixi and Dragonbone Experience using Webpack NodeJS bundling A clear understanding of architecture and design decisions Strong understanding of development best practices, including build systems, automated testing, and continuous integration, and Git (or other RC system) They have created an amazing culture which is collaborative, energetic and innovative.
