Overview

We are currently looking to recruit for a large FM company based in North London, who are seeking multiple Automatic Door Engineers throughout London. They offer a a friendly and busy working environment, with plenty of trainnig and progression opportunity and chance to progress in a supportive team. This role will involve; Repair, installation and maintenance of automatic swing and sliding doors. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to the above equipment. Ensure that all aspects of automatic door works including tests and inspections are carried out in accordance with current British Standards. Reporting to the Supervisor daily on the status of all works within the Department and advise in good time, problems of time-scale or resources. Covering the out of hours call-out rota throughout London. To be considered for this role you must have; At least 3 years' experience in the service, repair and installation of automatic swing and sliding door equipment. Experience in covering an out of hours call-out rota. A full UK driving license. Ideally an electrical qualification or experience. BSEN 16005 / BS 7036 certification. Preferably a CSCS card. A background in social housing or local authority maintenance. Full UK rights to work.
