SharePoint Consultant - Private Equity Firm - London Salary: £55-65k pa 20-30% bonus Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst with a heavy focus on SharePoint development and PowerApps including Microsoft Automate, to help design, configure and implement cutting edge enterprise technology solutions to drive the business team's productivity and collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing input into future developments and support for a complex SharePoint and Dynamics 365 CE integration plus have the ability to quickly and effectively maintain and develop relevant reports using PowerBI, Excel and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will continue the expansion of SharePoint Online project including development of automated processes using Microsoft Automate (Flow). As a member of a small team, this key role will be working with stakeholders to understand business issues, challenges and requirements for various applications, developing recommendations, building functional specifications and delivering requirements for proposed solutions. The successful candidate must have a strong history of the technologies mention, be very hands-on in the development and delivery of all solutions as well as have the ability to self-manage. Role Responsibilities Working through the complete development life cycle with the business to identify requirements, scope, and solution integration including configuration, integration, testing, optimization and implementation of solutions. Support system solutions across the organisation and various locations Liaise with business, operations and IT key stakeholders, ensuring thorough understanding of relevant business and process analysis is performed Identify and mitigate risks and issues, flag up potential roadblocks and be accountable for delivering specific activities Be involved in new and/or continuous improvement programmes for systems including software upgrades, user training and report enhancements Development of reports/data extracts using Excel, Power BI, Dynamics365 and SharePoint Online Be heavily involved in the strategic direction of SharePoint Online Identify inefficient processes and promote best practice system usage/changes to improve operations Ensuring quality standards are maintained and fulfilled Skills & Experience Required Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products with a minimum of 7 years' experience in SharePoint (must include SharePoint Online experience) Extensive knowledge of PowerBI (with advanced DAX skills) and Microsoft Automate (Flow) Knowledge and experience of integration techniques of Dynamics 365 with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft products including Planner and Teams Advanced Excel skills a must Experience in report writing and data manipulation using various tools and techniques to design and/or build reports Background in client facing roles is essential Strong oral and written communication skills with experience presenting complex technical matters in non-technical (plain) language to diverse audiences Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience of working in an Agile development environment Experience in a small to medium size financial sector organisation Good documentation and process development skills Self-managing and fully capable of working within a team Flexibility and an open-minded approach to work with a can do' attitude Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or related technology discipline Recognised Microsoft certifications with focus on SharePoint and PowerApps Recognised database systems certification (or equivalent relevant experience) Salary and Benefits Salary with performance related discretionary bonus, 30 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, healthcare, subsidised gym membership and interest free season ticket loan.
