Overview

We are looking for an Part Time Administration Assistant for our client in the Financial Services Sector. They are looking for someone with all round administration ability, and the position has become availability due to expansion and growth. You will need to be fully competent on Word, Excel and Outlook, and whilst you do not need to be an advanced user on Excel, good competency will be essential. Day to day you will be answering the phones, dealing with paperwork, filing, opening and distributing the post, providing administrative support to the Practice Director and Wealth Managers. If you are someone who would develop in the Financial Services Industry, this could be the position for you You will benefit from on the job training on this sector, and if you show a flair for getting to grips with the business, there would be every chance of progression in the future. You would not be client facing, but dealing more with Financial Providers to obtain information. You would also be involved in booking in review meetings for the clients, and putting together review packs in preparation for these meetings. The company has excellent staff retention, and offer a friendly team environment Duties Associated with this role include - Supporting the team by dealing effectively with day to day business administration. To operate and maintain effective admin systems within the business. To provide administrative support for the Directors and Wealth Managers for their meetings, including booking the appointments and providing them with the appropriate paperwork. To ensure that compliance is tracked, and licencing, regulatory and legislative requirements, are adhered to. To maintain office supplies, including equipment and stationary. Maintaining up to date client information. Liaising closely with Head Office and admin centres as directed. Providing administrative support with projects. To support the team with maintenance of prospect information. Administrative support for the Marketing plan. Assisting with the organisation of events. To be successful in this role you will need to be enthusiastic, and have excellent communication ability. This is a busy office, and a lot of your training will be on the job. For the right candidate, there is every chance that you will be able to progress in Financial Services Industry. They are happy to have a junior candidate who is eager to learn the ropes from the bottom, or would consider a more experienced candidate that could hit the ground running.
