Overview
Ventilation Fitter County Durham Salary £28,550 12-week contract to permanent or for the right candidate a permanent contract can be offered from the outset. Package details: £24k basic £87.50 per week living expenses total annual package £28,550 39 hours per week overtime paid at time and a half holidays company van fuel card company uniform full training the opportunity to be funded by the company through further education and qualification’s including: CSCS, PASMA, SSSTS or SMSTS, IPAF, First Aid Our client provides nationwide coverage for the specialist design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of commercial and leisure ventilation systems. They manufacture, engineer and fit a full range of bespoke canopies, service distribution units and complete ventilation systems in accordance with their client’s unique design requirements. They are looking to grow their install and fitting teams and are seeking a Ventilation Fitter to join their growing business in a temporary to permanent capacity. You will be based out of their County Durham factory, but will be working around the UK Monday-Friday. Overnight accommodation, company van, fuel card and daily living allowance will be provided on top of your hourly rate or salary. The job role will be working in a pair travelling across the UK wherever projects demand. You will be tasked with fitting and installing specialist stainless steel ventilation systems and canopies within pubs, hotels commercial buildings and leisure centres. Training will be provided from the outset whilst initially you will join their existing team onsite under supervision. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with ventilation site fitting experience within the construction sector, and a good working knowledge of fitting stainless-steel kitchen canopies. We are also interested in hearing from people, with a good understanding of metal fabrication or metal fabricated products who have a desire to work in this sector.
