Job Title - Customer Service Representative Location - Battersea Salary - £23K Start Date - ASAP Type of Role - Perm Hours - Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6pm Shifts A day in the life of your new role: Keying all sales orders Raising collection requests for stock to be returned and raising credits for corked or out of condition stock Answering all incoming calls and emails in accordance with agreed service level agreement and passing on to relevant departments if needed Handling customer service issues to satisfactory resolution including: ETA delivery enquiries Re-arranging deliveries - breakages and errors Communicating out of stock items Updating customer account details Any other administrative duties that may be required We'd love to speak to candidates who have: Excellent attention to detail Willingness to learn about our products and keeping your knowledge up-to-date Excellent telephone manner and communications skills Good listening skills and ability to empathise with customers Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a busy environment A problem-solving approach allied to a desire to achieve a satisfactory resolution to customers' issues or problems Organised with good administrative skills Computer literate with experience of all main Microsoft office packages, A flexible approach to working hours and performing other tasks as required Be a brand ambassador, standing for and championing our values and purpose Previous experience of working in a customer service environment Advertised by Office Angels, Victoria branch Please note that due to a high volume of response Office Angels receive; only successful candidates will be contacted For the purposes of the Regulations, please note that Office Angels in the provision of these services will be operating as a recruitment agency.
