Payroll Clerk Location: Bolton Salary: 22-25K Full Time, Permanent Our client are a high growth service provider based in Bolton. We have worked with this business for a number of years and have placed 4 people with them. They are a highly progressive company and are a great employer to work for. Due to growth they are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their Finance team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have end to end Payroll experience and be willing to assist with other Finance duties such as Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger. Training for Purchase and Sales Ledger will be provided with this role. Role: End to end payroll for 200 employees Processing the Payroll for salaried and hourly paid employees Checking the information collated for the Payroll is correct and investigating any discrepancies Liaising with HMRC, submitting stats and following procedures Dealing with new starters and leavers on the payroll system Reconciling employee payment and deductions Resolving queries in a timely manner Bank reconciliations Purchase Ledger duties - inputting, processing, matching and coding Purchase invoices Raising sales invoices Assisting with month end Essential Requirements: Have at least 2 years Payroll experience Experience with end to end Payroll SAGE Payroll experience desirable Able to work in a fast paced environment If you are interested in this role please send your CV to for immediate consideration.
