Overview

Our client is a unique and expanding technology company; with talented employees, an experienced Executive team and impressive backing they are now looking for their first HR & Culture Manager to deliver their plans for growth. The purpose of this role is to ensure they attract, develop and retain people who are passionate about achieving the organisation’s purpose, equipped to help solve customer’s problems and are engaged and fulfilled at work. The role will report into the CEO and deliver the full range of HR activities that underpin the employee lifecycle including: Driving business performance through development and implementation of the people plan Delivering core people activities from recruitment to onboarding to talent and pay reviews Challenge and coach business leaders on the part they play in the delivery of the people plan Build management capability and support then in being excellent coaches to their teams Translating learning from the engagement survey and employee forum into relevant and meaningful action plans Person Specification Proven generalist HR experience gained at HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor level Previous experience of working within a technology or SME environment would be beneficial A commercial approach and good understanding of broader business challenges Knowing how to harness the power of people to drive business performance Excited by growth, helping others to navigate change and looking for an exciting opportunity to get your teeth stuck into Strong recruitment experience and a willingness to drive innovative attraction and selection strategies Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to forge strong working relationships and influence High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management
