This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a multi award winning, state of the art care home with locations across Cardiff, Merthyr, Caldicot and Porth. This role is based onsite helping the vulnerable and the elderly. What you will be doing As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding clinical care is provided to all residents. · Responsible for the wellbeing of all residents making sure that their physical, emotional and social needs are met. · You will carry out continuous assessments, planning and implementation and evaluation of resident’s care. · You will monitor work areas making sure practices are to a high standard and that policies and procedures are being adhered too. · Work closely with care team ensuring safe and efficient running of the home.
