Bionical Solutions are seeking a Bank Community based Rapid Response Nurse experienced in Homecare to join our dedicated, innovative and highly skilled team. Working on a variety of Biologic focused patient support programmes delivering care, education and support to patients. These are autonomous roles that allow the nurse to be responsible for delivering outstanding patient support in the community. The role is paying £160 per day plus travel. Please don't worry about having to attend a face to face interview, we are fully set up to conduct interviews via video during the Covid-19 outbreak. The role would initially be on our bank team with a view to make permanent as patient caseload increases. What will you be doing? This role will work across a variety of different Biologic services including but not exhaustive to Dermatology, Rheumatology and Gastroenterology. Successful applicants will receive training to deliver a best in class biologic patient support programmes across secondary care and within the community. Daily activities will include: Training interactions ensuring patients can self-medicate safely, work directly with referring centres and providing continual support to patients through a variety of channels but not limited to home visits. Enrolling patients in our biologics support program Communicating with HCP's in a secondary care environment Ensuring patient paperwork is properly completed What skills/experience will you need? · Qualified Nurse · Clinical teaching experience · Previous management of programmes similar to the service relating role · Passionate about high quality patient care · Experienced in Clinical Homecare · Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow process diligently · Excellent written, verbal, communication and IT skills · Good presentation skills · Car driver and willingness to travel Who are we?
