Housing Support Worker

Are you an experienced support professional who would relish an opportunity to work for a leading housing support service? If so, BRC have a position available in Swansea for a Tenancy Support Worker to start in April. Working as part of a high performing housing service across Swansea you will work with a team of experienced Support Workers to ensure a holistic service is provided that promotes tenancy sustainment, prevents homelessness and improve people's lives. You will assess the needs of each case, in order to provide detailed and specific advice to individuals surrounding training & employment opportunities, housing options, and benefit & grant entitlement. Furthermore, you will provide support with completing relevant application forms, appealing decisions and preparing for Tribunals. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an ambitious, determined and enthusiastic Support Worker who is motivated to inspire vulnerable people to exceed their expectations. In return, you will be given the autonomy to work remotely in the community, whilst managing your own schedule and workload.
