Learning & Development Trainer

Role: Learning & Development Trainer Location: Bournemouth Salary: up to £30,000pa Hours: Monday - Friday Our client is currently recruiting for an L&D Trainer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international company and work alongside a highly skilled training team. Your role is to drive, increase the talent and improve the skill sets within the business through sharing your expert knowledge Your Role: Collaborate on the creation and design of Learning & Development programmes, tailored to our business needs. Build and deliver training and coaching sessions within our dedicated learning framework. Assess the TNA of the business and deliver effective, proficient material aimed appropriately at your audience. Ensure individuals have continuous improvement and development for success planning where applicable Evaluate current offerings ensuring its fit for purpose. Source and arrange internal and external suppliers Ensuring that the L&D function offers a high quality & efficient service Collate session feedback and determine all support arrangements needed to facilitate smooth delivery. Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Educated to secondary school standard or equivalent and familiar with L&D Learning and professional development tools. Knowledge of general insurance would be extremely useful as would a consistent track record; of delivering against deadlines within a regulated, measurable framework. Experience in delivering strategic feedback, coaching experience gained in a commercial setting Experience of balancing complex relationships, using influencing and mediating techniques as appropriate. The highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus. Strong rapport-building, outstanding interpersonal skills with credibility at all levels. Good presentation skills with experience interacting and presenting to colleagues and senior management. Problem-solving mind-set keen to develop creative approaches and solutions. MS office proficient Eligible to work in the UK with the ability to travel
