Job Role: 2x Contract Administrators Hours Per Week: 40 Division: Shared User Facility Location: Brocklehurst, Dewsbury Closing Date: Friday 28th February 2020 Please note, these two roles are on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months, with the possibility of been permanent. Our services range from full construction, fit-out, mechanical and electrical services to the design, development, sourcing, management and maintenance of complete store interior equipment. Our role is to optimise the entire store realisation process from the point of conception, to trading and beyond. Outline of Role : This role focuses upon inbound and outbound supply in line with the client’s programme dates. The main duties of this role are allocation of components using our in house stock system in line with customer requests, liaising with suppliers on a daily basis, raising and requesting orders and quotes, use and maintenance of in house spread sheets. In addition to this customer relations, reporting and spreadsheet management are key to this role.
