£63,000 p/a | Full-Time Days | Senior Management Experience Essential An experienced Senior Manager with a background in health and social care is required to work as Head of Governance for a leading community support and housing provider based in the Witney area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation and ensure governance frameworks are in place in addition to delivering effective operational support to Board of Directors and Leadership Team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Witney, and offering a very competitive annual salary of £63,000. As Head of Governance you will take overall responsibility for governance frameworks for housing and support divisions throughout the UK and you will ensure robust and effective policies and procedures are in place in addition to providing accountable decision making and oversight. What we are looking for in a Head of Governance: A recognised qualification in Health and/or Social Care eg: Registered Nurse/RGN/RMN/RNLD or have completed Diploma Level 5 or higher in Leadership & Management Demonstrate proven experience working at a senior management level within a health and social care setting, with expert knowledge of corporate governance strategies within a highly regulated environment A strong leader with excellent decision-making skills and a positive, proactive approach If you would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
