Overview

Pure are working with a long-standing global logistics company who are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join their expanding IT Team. Their HQ is based in North Essex, with an additional 3 offices across the UK. This is an opportunity to play a key part in transforming a data driven organisation. Duties & responsibilities: Proactively driving continuous improvement to the reporting cycle through streamlining and automation Help business colleagues understand the performance of their processes and the performance impact of process changes, through data and metric analysis Build strong, lasting relationships with a broad Stakeholder base Work in partnership with developers and technical experts to drive ongoing development of reports, utilising their knowledge to grow your own technical skills and capabilities Understand and propose solutions to existing data and reporting process shortfalls Be the subject matter expert for data sets and reports, and be able to speak with authority and confidence on their capability and the insights they can produce Required Skills: A proactive approach to your work, with the ability to manage your own time to deliver to agreed timescales An analytical, enquiring mind-set with a passion for knowledge - a quick learner Previous experience of developing reports in a modern BI tool, ideally Power BI Experience of using Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel For more information, call me now for a confidential conversation about the role and your requirements for a career move Tom Aldis
