Overview
Management Accountant - Wokingham - £40,000 - £45,000 benefits FryerMiles are currently partnering with a US listed business based in Wokingham on the recruitment of a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Accountant to join a rapidly growing business with fantastic progression opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for providing effective management accounting service to the business. You will also ensure the completeness and accuracy of the company’s financial records and provide timely information to the business. Key responsibilities in this role includes: Production of management accounts including profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting and analysis Preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting packs for the business Ownership and reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts Completion of corporation tax returns Assisting in the preparation of schedules for audits, liaising with auditors where required Support on the annual budgeting process and full year forecasting Maintenance of the cash book and completion of month end journals Conducting ad hoc analysis as required Our client is seeking a newly-qualified Accountant or finalist (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Previous experience of having full ownership of accounts is also required. You will be comfortable interacting with people at all levels in the business, with an ability to provide insight to non-finance members of staff. You will also possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including a high level of Excel knowledge. Previous experience using TM1 software is beneficial.
