Overview
I am currently working with a leading independent Accountancy Firm based in London who are looking for an ambitious Audit Manager. This position will provide you with a genuine opportunity to progress towards partnership. You will be working closely and reporting directly to one of the firms Senior Partners. In the role you will have a great deal of autonomy and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of client ranging from large corporate to OMBs. The role will be made up of 70% Audit and 30% Accounts and you will be given a portfolio of circa 500k. The firm have won numerous new clients over the last few years. You will have the opportunity actively get involved in continuing this through business development with the senior partners in the firm. For the right person there is an a genuine opportunity to progress within a short space of time. Requirements Significant experience of external audits under UK GAAP An excellent understanding of FRS 102 is essential Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage Knowledge of Caseware and Alphatax would be beneficial but not essential Must have managerial experience.
