This fresh and modern service provides a homely feel and is more like a set of apartments rather than a traditional care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse, ( RMN ) to join a brand new service and really help to develop the care practices. The service provides person centred care for residents aged 18 and above with a range of complex mental health and physical conditions. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Registered Nurse ( RMN ) to join the team on a permanent basis. The manager can be flexible to work full time, part time, days, nights or mixed shifts to suit you. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. We welcome applications from Newly-Qualified Nurses as a preceptorship programme is offered.
