Centre for Perioperative Care Coordinator London (Holborn) £32,200 - £34,300 per annum Permanent Our client has an opportunity for a highly organised administration professional to join them to coordinate the projects and work streams for the Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC). Perioperative care aims to change inpatient pathways and integrate services through a multi-disciplinary team approach; you have the chance to be a part of that change. This is a varied and interesting position in which you will serve as secretary for the CPOC board and committees as well as implement the delivery of the CPOC’s overall strategy / programme plans. Managing projects on a day to day basis you will act as the administrative lead for the development and update of CPOC pathway guidelines and act as the key point of contact for all CPOC queries. Educated to degree level or with equivalent work experience, the successful candidate will have experience of managing both assigned projects along with a broader programme of work. You will have strong administrative and time keeping skills and be able to handle a considerable variety and volume of work, prioritising this successfully under pressure. You will also have assisted a board/committee with organisation, minute taking and ownership of actions. Solid communication skills are essential to this key position and you will be confident in dealing with confidential data and working within data governance frameworks.
