Credit Controller - About the Role Working as a part of a very motivated and energetic team of professional credit controllers. Your role is about strong relationship building, enthusiasm and ability to drive and exceed targets. You will be responsible for your own accounts ensuring timely and efficient collections. Using system-based reporting tools and Excel to manipulate and produce regular reports. As the Credit Controller you will: Be playing a vital role in the financial stability of this company. You will support the business division, working closely with your colleagues and external customers. Meeting and striving to exceed targets to maintain cash flow and minimise bad debt. The successful Credit Controller will have: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a credit control role. GCSE standard qualifications. Strong customer service attitude. Good excel skills. Confident negotiator, friendly and influential both over the phone, written and face to face.
