Overview
Salary: £28,000 £30,000 Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week. Flexibility offered on core hours between 10:00-16:00. May need to work 1-2 days from home. Contract: 6 months FTC Location: Exchange Tower, South Quay The Role: Our client have an exciting opportunity to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team, as a Resourcer, working closely to provide the right talent to meet the company’s overall objectives. Proactively identifying suitable candidates using a range of different techniques, you will have a pivotal role within the team. Your ability to source the best talent will allow you to screen the highest calibre candidates through our client’s applicant tracking system. As the first point of contact for the business and their prospective candidates, your customer service skills will be second to none. Duties: Successful candidate sourcing over multiple platforms e.g. job board postings, direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter Acting as a brand ambassador for our client, building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates Ensuring your pipeline candidates are fully engaged at all stages in the resourcing process, proving the best recruitment experience Identifying and promoting valuable recruitment strategies, whilst ensuring you deliver an inclusive recruitment journey Understanding candidates aspirations, even if they are not actively looking for work Answering calls from the enquiries phone line and responding to all queries in a timely manner Experience Required: Demonstrable experience of using up to date sourcing methods Current knowledge of the recruitment market, including an understanding of supply and demand and basic employment law Previous sourcing experience, either in house or agency based Ability to use and understand applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships Be capable of maintaining a calm, positive and professional manner whilst also remaining resilient under pressure
