Overview

Administration (Shared responsibility with the HR/QAC Officer.) Maintain administration manual continually. Answer incoming phone calls Receive, forward and file incoming faxes Able to do repetitive and mundane administrative tasks Proactive and accurate in everything Highly efficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Handle large amounts of paperwork and data Work remote and from office environment, and support office team in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities Communicate clearly with work colleagues using emails etc. Continually meet and exceed the operational and administrative expectations of employers Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level Quickly learn about new in house database systems Find and obtain information and documents quickly Strong communication skills, both verbally and written Excellent attention to detail Strong numeracy skills. Good typing and note taking skills Knowledge of any relevant Payroll, HR and staffing issues (desirable) Facilities (Responsible for the following.) Place orders for office equipment. Maintain all office equipment - e.g. photocopier, printers, and scanners to ensure there is adequate supply of consumables and log all calls regarding problems and servicing. Customer Relations: Excellent organisational and time management skills To work closely with both teams and prioritise work load in line with requirements. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under own initiative. Strong customer focus skills. Being able to work remotely and come to office when needed. Experience requirement: A solid administration background and strong communication skills.
