Due to these successes, they are now looking add to their already well established team of 50, aiming to be 80 strong by the end of 2020. As part of this recruitment drive, they are looking to hire a forward thinking and flexible Release Engineer to help deliver their unique solutions. You will be supporting the technical teams to enhance their ways of working and develop new testing solutions to improve their release process, identifying any areas which are slowing the team down or reducing reliability. Most importantly, you help to build a great development culture, solving key problems, whilst thinking forwards to what may be needed in the future. On the technical side you will need: Hands on coding experience in Python, Javascript, C++ or similar (It's a polyglot environment. They even use a bit of Golang) Linux CI/CD - preferably Jenkins Automation and/or scripting experience However it's not just about what you know.
