Overview

Our client is a globally recognised brand based in Uxbridge and they are looking for a confident Salesforce Administrator (fluent Spanish) to join their growing team. As Salesforce Administrator (fluent Spanish) you will be responsible for configuring and customising the Salesforce instance to support the commercial business goals and drive optimal adoption within the sales organisations. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage ticketing queue. Recognise and diagnose system and user issues and work through to resolution. Escalate and manage complex issues with support partners. Work with the IT support structure to ensure stable release of new content into production. Build strong relationships with internal customers and support partners. Consult within Continuous Improvement projects. Participate in scoping of change requests. Reporting and dashboard creation or modification as requested by the user community. Manage user licenses and user profiles, permissions and sharing settings. Supporting to ensure data quality. Work closely with business excellence team to ensure that ongoing training is accurate and in line with any solution build. Skills & Experience: Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customisations. Excellent communication, motivational, and presentation skills. Problem solving/structuring skills. Experience in stakeholder management. Results driven. Spanish speaking. Relevant experience with Salesforce.com. Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification beneficial.
