My client are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team, benefits include: Flexible working 24 days annual leave Bank Holidays Chilli Tuesday Social events including team nights out (Bowling) As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your job will be to manage the purchase ledger and assist the finance department as and when required. Your overall objective will be to assist in the smooth running of all areas of the Finance Department and completing any additional objectives you might receive from your Manager. Your key roles and responsibilities will be: Looking into and resolving any differences between supplier delivery notes and supplier invoices Looking into and resolving any differences arising from the entry of supplier invoices on to their internal systems Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements, calculating the monthly amounts due to suppliers, preparing supplier payments Preparing debit notes to suppliers in respect of price or quantity differences Producing monthly aged creditor report from Sage, reconciling this to supplier payments and preparing a list of overhead suppliers to be reviewed and authorised by the Finance Manager Interviews are available this Thursday and Tuesday 25th February.
