Overview
This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation as a PA / Recruitment Resourcer. This is an In-House role with an established and reputable company. This role is an extremely varied and busy role and as such requires an individual with an extremely organised nature The main focus of the role is as follows: Organising the in house recruitment team and ensuring that candidates are responded to on time. Updating the in-house system Sourcing candidates for vacancies online. Compiling information for job advertisements. Posting vacancies. Liaising with external suppliers, agencies etc. Diary Management. Organising interviews. In order to be considered for this role, suitable candidates MUST possess the following: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A confidential, friendly and professional approach Extremely strong organisational skills A high level of accuracy Experience either as a PA or as a Resourcer. A goal orientated and detail orientated nature. This role will provide full training and the opportunity to progress quickly within a very friendly and supportive team.
