IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Manager - Lancaster £33,000 - £38,000 My client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to lead a dynamic team charged with the development and delivery of their extensive cloud services and on-sit infrastructure. The work includes high-profile complex IT projects, operational support across a range of hybrid and hyperscale IT infrastructure, network and communication services. Most recently they have completed a multi-million-pound data migration project meaning that 50% of their infrastructure is now Cloud based on the Azure platform. As the lead you will be responsible for a team of 3 analysts and one technician and you will work closely/collaborate with the software development team as well as the project delivery department (Entire IT department consists of 30 personnel) Management and leadership skills are just as important as your technical ability in this role as you will need to embrace and drive digital change while understanding how to deliver projects across your team. Requirements - Highly experienced in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services - Good knowledge of networking (Cisco certifications desired) - Cyber Security knowledge including VMware, Firewalls etc. - Team leadership experience Excellent benefits package - 41 days holiday (Inc. bank holidays) - 37-hour week with flexible working policy - Training and certifications on Azure and Microsoft stack - Excellent local government pension scheme - Personal development plan with annual salary reviews.
