Overview
Aspion are currently recruiting for a Part Time Credit Controller in an expanding office based in Liverpool City centre. Our core values have been built around the importance of transparency, innovation, passion and collaboration The objective of this role is assist the Finance Department working in fast paced office environment, helping chase and maintain payments with clients to ensure that invoices are clear for payment. You will be resolving enquiries both internally and externally around unpaid invoices whilst posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems and providing accounts information. Key Responsibilities: Chase outstanding invoices via telephone, e-mail and letter within agreed timescales. Identify queries by communicating with internal departments and customers to resolve efficiently. Agree, monitor and maintain the credit limit for customer's accounts. Reconcile customer's accounts each month. Creating credit reports of overdue accounts Cross train into accounts payable; bank recs, cash posts, capital expenditure, VAT returns To support with all areas of cash allocation. Required Skills & Experience: Part Time Work - 10am - 2pm.
