Customer Service Agent Location: Croydon, CR0 2EE Salary: £22K to £25K, DOE Contract: Full Time, Permanent Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity in project management and customer service? What is StockTake Online? StockTake Online provides an invaluable online tool for restaurants/bars/ clubs by automating your product purchasing and stock management to improve overall efficiency. Our system (online and mobile) simplifies food, beverage & consumables procurement and stock management to make sure that restaurants receive the correct stock at the correct time and place - while eliminating over-ordering, unreliable deliveries and administrative overheads. The Role: Customer Service Agent Our growing team and business has an exciting opportunity for someone with a qualitative mindset who has experience in project management and customer service. You will provide high quality support to users of StockTake Online. Interaction will be over the phone, email, live chat or web conference for troubleshooting and resolving their queries while maintaining clear notes and processes on CRM. You will also be part of onboarding processes where you will work independently while mobilising efforts with the rest of the team. Note: You will also provide training to users in person or by web conference. This role offers natural progression opportunities within the company and also provides an opportunity to work with some well-known restaurateurs and chefs around the world. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Providing support by phone, email, live chat or web conference Updating and utilising CRM to co-ordinate efforts to resolve queries and provide feedback and information Training and following up with users directly (online or on-site) Working with the STO development team on user feedback, testing and bug fixing Assist in mobilising new contract wins (onboarding) Building and managing client system as part of a team and independently Download EPoS reports for sales integration Work towards critical deadlines Maintain critical relationships with partner companies (accountants, EPoS Providers etc) Attend seminars and tradeshows etc. Travel to client sites will be part of the job Work directly with Directors as part of a growing business Should be prepared to work different hours including weekends What We Need from You: This is a team effort and everyone has a role to play. Essential: a Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc etc) pass Intermediate MS office skills. Excel in particular (basics of sorting, filters, sum, links etc.) A Customer Service orientation Excellent communication skills Ambition and drive The ability to work under pressure while maintaining service standards.
