Warehouse Operative

Our client based in Shepton Mallet are looking for a Warehouse Operative to work as part of the warehouse team. Duties will include: Take part in the day-to-day operation of our warehouses and storage facilities. Taking delivery of goods for storage. Checking for damaged or missing items. Moving stock by hand or with machines. De-stuffing containers. Loading / unloading trailers either for deliveries or collections. Cleaning the warehouse. You must be able to work unsupervised. A fork lift license (both counterbalance & reach truck) is preferable but not essential as training can be provided for the right applicant. Own Transport essential due to location. Pay is dependent on previous experience. Hours of work are flexible to fit around the candidate ranging from 6am-6pm Mon-Fri.
