Warehouse Operatives needed for superb contract H&G Recruitment a leading recruitment expert in the industrial sectors of Transport & Logistics. We have an immediate requirement for experienced Warehouse operatives to work with our prestigious client based in Hatfield. We require flexible workers who are looking to work on Day and night Shifts. If successful, you would be required to complete a variety of Warehouse duties. The Role: A great opportunity within Ocado for Warehouse Operatives on a temp to perm position. You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 shifts (including weekends), providing your attendance and performance targets are met you may be offered a permanent contract with Ocado after 12 weeks. We also recruit for Pickers, Packers, Goods in and the Freezer area. You will be required to handle Alcohol and Meat (packaged). All areas of the warehouse (except the freezer) have both Ambient and Chill sections (in a controlled temperature environment of 0-5oC) and you will be expected to work in both areas. This is a very physical role where you will be lifting and walking within the picking area as you will be packing a wide variety of goods located in different pick areas. Salary: £8.21 per hour Overtime after 36 hours Pick bonus We offer/Benefits: Continuous training and development. Possible temp to perm. Lots of overtime, overtime rates after 40 hours. Bonus scheme Free on-site parking The successful candidate will be placed on a rota of working 5 from 7, hours of work will either be Days 6am-3:30pm, 6:45-4:45pm or 6pm-5am, 8pm-7am dependant on department and experience. If you work within the Freezer your start times will be 4:45am-2:45pm, nights 7pm-5am.
