AOI Inspector Industry: Electronics Job Title: AOI Inspector Rate: £10.00 per hour Duration: 6 Months (Temp-Perm) Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire Key Skills: Surface Mount, Inspection, Soldering, Machine Operating, PCB, IPC, Printed Circuit Board Are you looking for an AOI Inspector role? We currently require an experienced AOI Inspector, who will be based at the company's HQ near Portsmouth. To fill this role as an AOI Inspector, you must have Automated Optical Inspection experience. AOI Inspector Requirements: Ability to accurately perform required visual inspection Experience with Automated Optical Inspection AOI Machines Previous rework experience would be an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Drive to produce the highest quality product possible Experience programming of AOI machines is essential, with the A-Leader machine preferred. Experience of working to IPC standards AOI Inspector Responsibilities: Visual inspection of PCBS's processed AOI Inspector needed to perform manual operations, including precision circuit network Measure impendence according to customer specification Scan layers on automated equipment Verify scanned layers and/or PCB's for defects Separate good layers and/or PCB's from rework and scrap Perform rework under magnification, such as repairing shorts If you are an AOI Inspector, please click on Apply now to get in touch.
