Job Title: Air Export CoOrdinator Location: Middlesex, TW4 Duration: 3 months initially – Potential Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £9.15 – 11.44 per hour (£20-25k equiv) Weekly Hours: Monday – Friday 13:00 - 22:00 Hours: 40 hours per week Working on the aerospace export team which is a small team Duties: Arranging Air Export shipments to worldwide destinations Arranging collections Providing a first class customer service Completing export entries and customs documentation Cutting Hawb / Mawb Negotiating with hauliers, airlines, customers, overseas offices and agents Essential Skills: Aerospace experience Freight forwarding experience Need to be on the ball, working to time driven KPI’s Logical approach Able to pick up phone and use initiative
