Overview

REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing Company with a global client base. Product Quality Engineer - Engineered Products Duties and responsibilities/working with: Aero and Oil and Gas Engineered Products Customer Audits associated with the product line Nadcap forging and Heat Treatment Specification review associated with customer requirements Write procedures. Establish effective processes that ensure compliance PSR / 8D / CEDAC / Corrective & Preventive actions / Error proofing NPI Developing inspection plans Measuring systems analysis FAIRs Zero defect initiative - shafts: PPAP, FMEA Control plans Internal audits, process audits Customer complaints resolution Data driven continuous improvement Support for in-process and final Inspection Supplier selection, approval & monitoring Management of change & Risk assessments Responsibility for quality record archiving Customer liaison including presentations Calibration Management & metrology Product identification & quality awareness training Candidates with a quality background in AEROSPACE/AS9100 would be highly advantageous
