Overview

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduler to work for well-known supplier of IT and office equipment. You will be working as part of a team, receiving calls from customers regarding malfunctions of equipment and organising for an engineer to fix the issues. Benefits include 28 days holidays and a permanent contract after completing a 12 week temporary trial. The Job Role Receive calls from customers to be advised of any malfunctions Accurately record the information of the machine and the error Contact an Engineer to schedule a time and date to fix the issue Be aware of strict service level agreements Monitor progress of repairs to ensure they are completed within agreed timescales Think of alternative methods of organising the repairs Escalate any breeches of contract to Management Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch), £17,100 per annum, Temporary to Permanent Experience / Requirements Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times. IT Literate - Experience with Microsoft office Suite, Computer literate in Word and Very strong Excel skills are essential This role would possibly suit someone who has worked as an engineering scheduler or a repairs coordinator role in the past.
