Overview

The Role Our client is looking for an AWS Devops Engineer to join their expanding business. Your role will involve collaborating with clients from day 1 to build well-architected solutions on AWS. All of our environments are built using Infrastructure as Code and so an in-depth knowledge and experience of ARM templates and PowerShell DSC is essential. Our certified AWS and Azure cloud engineers help leverage the advantages of hosting across multiple-clouds to meet an organisation’s unique needs. They are growing quickly and are now on the lookout for an AWS Devops engineer to help our clients with the build of their solutions. Required Experience: - 2 years working on AWS deployment pipelines. - The ability to speak confidently on the phone with clients. - An in-depth knowledge of writing PowerShell scripts and PowerShell DSC. - Experience using AWS Devops/VSTS. - Creating and managing build/release pipelines. - Excellent knowledge of git. - Excellent knowledge of creating and updating ARM templates. - Up to date knowledge of Azure products available and how they work. Desirable Experience: - At least one of the following exams (or new AZ equivalent exam): 70-532, 70-533, 70-535. - Experience creating Ansible playbooks. - Experience writing C# - Jira and Bamboo. - Bitbucket - Up to date knowledge of AWS products - Ability to write CloudForrmation This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89923583
