Overview

The Company A classic FMCG branded business with a number of well-known household FMCG brands. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of brand, the SBM will be responsible for: Setting the strategic direction for the specified sub brand/brands to achieve business and brand objectives through development and implementation consumer focused brand strategies. Identifying and driving opportunities to grow sales and profitability of the sub brand/brand portfolio. Driving, managing and implementing the renovation and innovation agenda for the sub brands/brand to meet consumer needs, and in line with the brand proposition and commercial objectives. Developing and executing the annual brand plan for the specified sub brands Managing development and protection of brand positioning and consumer proposition. Tracking performance of the brand portfolio and competitors and formulate necessary action plans to deliver brand objectives Leading and providing direction to cross functional teams (NPD, Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, International colleagues) motivating them to achieve brand and commercial targets. Ensure alignment across sales, marketing and category marketing. The Individual You will be available at short notice and have a strong background in FMCG or Consumer Durable brand and product management.
