Overview
Team Leader Colchester Salary Negotiable DOE Permanent OSR is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, and forward-thinking Manufacturing business. My client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee their Manufacturing Production / Assembly team on a permanent basis. Duties: Supervising the Assembly shops and the associated workforce Assembling products following technical drawings or agreed processed Checking assembled products using measuring instruments and gauges Liaising with the Machine shop and Painting team to ensure a smooth-running production process Maximising workflow efficiency Achieving expected quality standards Assisting with inspection when required Organising tools and equipment in the assembly and test area Helping stores to prepare and pack goods for despatch Testing completed products Ensuring health and safety compliance Required Experience: Experience of leading a team in a production environment - Essential Quality checking experience - Essential Experience with electrics or pneumatics - Desirable Good Communication skills - Essential Positive attitude - Essential Details: Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience Standard hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday If you are in possession of the above skills, apply now or send your CV to Heather at OSR Recruitment.
