Payroll & Benefits Specialist | £30,000-£35,000 per annum| Harrogate | Newly created role in a progressive business Axon Moore is pleased to be representing a progressive services business in Harrogate who are keen to bring on a Payroll and Benefits specialist into their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Payroll, you as Payroll and Benefits specialist will be a key player in the benefits project, being an innovative thinker and passionate about employee experience. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Handling queries specific to both benefits and payroll - P11d’s and processing P11bd - Both advising on and processing of pensions - Rolling out process improvements regarding benefits business wide - Improving employee benefits packages to ensure they remain competitive and cost effective This business are experiencing an exciting surge of growth which will lead to more onboarding and with this role being newly created, you will be paramount in making decisions that will ultimately move the business forward and improve employee experience. To ensure success as Payroll and Benefits specialist, you will: - Be experienced in large scale employee benefits processing - Be well versed in SSP,SMP, P11d, PAYE and National Ins. - Have excellent communication skills, able to liaise internally and externally - Display strong capability in manual calculations - Be a confident user of Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) To apply for this Payroll and Benefit Specialist vacancy, please email Georgia Grange at Axon Moore’s Leeds office.
