Application Support Manager- Birmingham- £60,000-£70,000 The opportunity has arisen for an experience Application Support Manager to join a newly formed business and have full autonomy in building and developing a team of analysts Key responsibilities Providing 3rd support for all IT core business applications, including recording the nature of the issues, investigating and resolving where possible Escalating urgent issues that require more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources within the Company or externally Escalating urgent issues that require more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources within the Company or externally Working closely with users to understand their challenges and IT issues daily and making recommendations for application improvements Key Skills Fully computer literate with experience of Kimble, Sage Intacct, Sage People Management responsibility of leading a small team Ability to work under pressure Extensive experience of Application support, particularly in a retail environment Highly flexible with the ability to adapt If you want to hear more then please apply with an up-to-date CV and I'll be in touch.
