Overview
Nelson Chambers are currently representing a London based Law firm who are looking to strengthen their Restructuring and Insolvency team with the hire of an Insolvency Litigator with 6 to 8 years PQE. The team advises insolvency practitioners, shareholders, company directors and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery. Over the last decade our client has built an increasing reputation for their contentious practice, having been instructed on a number of high-profile assignments. Due to this growing reputation our client is looking at significant growth plans in the next 12 months. The Successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in an established Central London or regional practice. They must be technically excellent, commercially aware and be enthusiastic about business development. Our client is looking for a candidate with broad contentious insolvency experience with an emphasis on investigations and directors’ duties and advisory experience. Candidates must relate well to professionals, experienced clients and also showcase a willingness to undertake some advocacy work.
