The opportunity Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world. To manage and deliver the maintenance requirements for the properties located at Superdry head office in Cheltenham. To manage and support with all contact with clients, suppliers and internal staff within the headquarters environment. To deliver excellent customer service to exceed the client’s expectations. Your responsibilities will include: Providing daily management interface towards stakeholders and customer to ensure SLAs are met. Delivering all logged and requested tasks/jobs in conjunction with the Mace macro FM24 helpdesk. Ensuring that any client/customer requirements, concerns or complaints are dealt with effectively and communicated accordingly. Delivering daily and periodic maintenance and compliance tasks/requirements. Delivering reports, audits, compliance requests and executing office moves, minor projects and minor works. Providing effective communication and reporting on all services and tasks to the client. Overseeing and controlling of budgets, financial targets and financial processes, delivering timely and accurate results. Undertaking Macro contractual, compliance and technical audits to supplier services. Communicating ideas for improving business processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for maintaining this attitude with others. Checking and controlling all tickets SLAs and feedbacks. Informing and meeting the stakeholders. Supporting the Mace Macro FM team to close tickets in FM24 helpdesk on a regular basis. Liaising with the service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, vending, and security. Ensuring the overall service is timely and seamless. Looking for new opportunities to improve processes, service levels and standards. Performing other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line management. Supporting the Superdry property team with the delivery of small project works, including moves and churn. Supporting Superdry Business Continuity Plans and actively participate in client’s BCP and disaster recovery plans where required. About you 3 year’s relevant experience. Experience in delivery of general maintenance tasks. Strong property/business compliance knowledge. Customer focused and proactive approach. Good planning skills and experience of managing multiple tasks and requirements A basic H&S qualification including knowledge of RAMS, permits to work and compliance paperwork. Excellent communication skills. Competency in using Microsoft Office package (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). "Mace is an equal opportunity employer.
