Overview
The Company My client have grown rapidly in recent years and are investing in their IT systems to ensure they are fit to support the business. The Role You will be joining an existing IT department as the sole person focused on testing. Currently the testing work is covered by users, developers and system analysts however they are looking to implement a more structured approach and need an experienced tester to develop and implement a new test strategy. They are open to a new approach including a mix of manual and automated testing as well as improving standard of user stories and acceptance criteria. The Person Candidates will need to be experienced testers ideally with an exposure to automated as well as strong manual testing skills. This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role on testing for a large business committed to improving their IT services.The role will be based out of their head office in Darlington and will come with salary of up to £40,000.
