Within this Customer Service Desk Analyst role, you will be supporting the business via the Service Desk where you will be required to work a shift rota, receiving a fantastic salary and benefits including bonuses, staff gifts, free parking, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, as well as additional time off over Christmas, death in service and 5% non-contributory pension. There is also a canteen on site. My client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, with good customer service skills and a desire to work within IT. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Desk Analyst includes: Responding to customers when service issues are detected. Manage successfully the communication with customers through Various means; phone, email and help desk tickets. Logging and keeping records of customer issues and solutions in the helpdesk ticket systems. Communication with second/third line support and escalate service issues to the appropriate level. You will be able to have a good level of IT literacy and be able to learn new software systems quickly. Use remote access software to assist customers and help fix issues. Updating self-help documents so customers and colleagues can fix problems themselves. Liaise with third party providers to help achieve a swift and satisfactory outcome for customers. A willingness to develop knowledge across the company and support where required. Take ownership of customer problems and be proactive when dealing. Must possess exceptional communication skills. Resilient with focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Meet service level targets for creation, resolution and closure of service desk calls on a monthly basis. Meeting SLA's as agreed within yearly objectives. Knowledge and Skills Required for the Customer Service Desk Analyst: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Required to be able to travel to any Global location Self-motivated and can work as part of a team.
