About the Role We're looking for a highly creative and energetic Technical Manager to join our exciting, fast-paced software start-up success story. We want a talented individual who can bring their ideas to the table and deliver awesome code. In this Technical Manager role you will be leading team of highly motivated developers and testers, as well as contributing at all levels of our application stack, ranging from solid back-end technologies (C# .NET) to exciting and dynamic front-end web interfaces (JS, HTML5, CSS), acting as technical expert for your team. Your team will be contributing out to our API-driven, scalable architecture with code that is well documented and tested. We are keen on building flexible, reusable modules in this product that will also form the base for our new products in the future. The teams working on each feature are tight-knit, so there is a lot of meaningful collaboration between engineers, product managers and designers. Key responsibilities Facilitate collaboration between engineers, product owners and designers to solve challenging problems across our platform Facilitate collaboration between engineers, product owners and designers to solve challenging problems across our platform Grow the technical expertise of your team Participate in our product development from ideation to deployment and beyond Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch ground-breaking new features Take part in technology decisions and architecture discussions, advocate for engineering best practices (CI, testing, operational efficiency etc.) Work with UX team to make our product smarter and more intuitive to use Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications Maintain and help optimize existing systems Support continuous testing efforts through test automation What’s in it for you: Great culture: We put culture first and believe in creating a great environment where people are happy to come to work every day.
